Kue Putu is made from steamed Rice flour and Brown sugar, need a Bamboo Mold to create the shape of the dessert.

  • Mix the rice flour and some brown sugar.

  • Then add more rice flour.

  • Last step put the rice flour on the stove to steam for only 5 minutes.

  • Push the Putu to take it out of the mold.

  • Add grated coconut for the garnishing.

        Hello, My name is Ploy. This past March

I went to Indonesia as an exchange student to exchange cultures between two countries,Thailand and Indonesia. Surabaya Muhammadaiya 5 & Pluakdaengpittayakom school have had an exchange program many year and this year is the 6th year. In Indonesia I experienced activities from their culture. I went to many places each day and write on my blog. This is the first writing.
