Kue Putu is made from steamed Rice flour and Brown sugar, need a Bamboo Mold to create the shape of the dessert.

  • Mix the rice flour and some brown sugar.

  • Then add more rice flour.

  • Last step put the rice flour on the stove to steam for only 5 minutes.

  • Push the Putu to take it out of the mold.

  • Add grated coconut for the garnishing.
